"Seid ich denken kann, gehe ich dort essen und ist jedesmal ein Gaumenschmaus. Es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen, dafür sind diese ausgesprochen lecker. Die Gerichte ändern sich wöchentlich. Sie sind sehr liebevoll zubereitet mit saisonalen und regionalen Lebensmittel zubereitet. Ein absolutes Muss wenn man in der Gegend unterwegs ist."

"Super uriges Lokal mit einer super netten Bedienung und einer genialen Köchin. Ganz tolles, frisches und leckeres Essen. Das Mandel- Kurkuma Eis mit selbst gemachter Limettencreme ist der Hammer, selten so ein feines Eis gegessen..... Es lohnt sich wirklich in das abgelegene Heroldhausen zu fahren. Kann das Abraxa mit dem tollen Team und dem leckeren Essen nur empfehlen ...."

"Unscheinbar und abgelegen, aber die Reise wert ,denn Abraxa Überrascht auf ganzer Linie. Gerichte ,frisch und wirklich selbst gekocht. Wir probierten als Erstes das Spargelsüppchen und vergeben hier von 9,5 von 10 möglichen Punkten - geschmacklich sehr gut und der Spargel mit perfektem Biss. Abzug gibt es für die Verwendung von Sahne, da dies zu leichten Gerinnungsflocken führt, doch der Geschmack ist einfach perfekt. Als Hauptgang wählten wir Sauerbraten vom heimischen Wildschwein mit Semmelknödeln ,so wie ein vegetarisches Gericht: Bärlauch mit Käse im Knuspermantel auf Salat. Beide Gerichte sind top angerichtet und überzeugen den Gaumen. Der Braten wohl gegart und die Semmelknödel mit Sesam und Kürbiskernen abgerundet, verdienen volle Punktzahl. Der Bärlauch in Knuspermantel kommt auf 9 Punkte. Die Salate vor allem der Rote-Beete-Salat überraschte mit seiner Wallnussnote. Alle verwendeten Salate wie Sellerie , Möhren usw. wussten geschmacklich und durch ihre Frische zu überzeugen. Zum Abschluss wählten wir weisse Mousse au chocolat und ein Sektsorbet. Beide waren im Geschmack abgerundet. Bei der Mousse schmeckte man wirklich die weisse Schokolade heraus und auch am Sorbet gibt es nix auszusetzen. Die Einrichtung der Dorfwirtschaft Abraxa ist rustikal gehalten ,an diesem Abend ist die Wirtschaft sehr gut besucht. Eine Dorfwirtschaft mit excelenten Speisen die zwar nicht günstig , aber durch die Verwendung von regionalen sowie Demeter Zutaten mehr als gerechtfertigt sind. Unser Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert."
